This course begins with two stories -- not as instruction, but as company. The first offers an image. The second offers a practice. Together they point toward the same thing: a steadiness that does not require silence in order to be present, and does not require calm in order to be found. Revealing Steady Presence is not about achieving a quiet state. It is about recognizing the steadiness that is already native to you -- available in the middle of noise, pressure, and full engagement, as readily as it is in moments of rest. You will move through five units at your own pace. The two images from these stories will return. Not to repeat themselves, but to deepen.
